Shipping Policy

All standard orders of in-stock items will be processed and leave the warehouse in 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for orders containing personalized items to ship.
Orders are usually delivered in 5-7 business days, across India.
We provide free standard shipping to orders over Rs.5000. All other orders are charged a flat rate of Rs.125.
We don’t allowed COD (Cash on delivery) due to business reasons.
Any unreachable customers will be emailed for further contact. If we are unable to reach you for 10 days from the date of your order, it will be cancelled.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number so that you can easily track your order.

Returns Policy

Due to the type of product, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. Hence product purchases once will not be returned.

Exchanges

We only replace items if the product sent isn’t the one you ordered. If we've made an error while shipping your order, we'll ship the correct items right away and arrange for the return of the wrongly sent items.

Cancellations

Order once shipped can’t be cancelled however you can cancel the order from your login if it’s not yet shipped.

Invoices

All invoices are generated for individuals. If you require a tax invoice in the name of your company, please drop us an email at cardiogram.greetings@gmail.com after placing your order or mention it in your order notes & we will be happy to send you a tax invoice.
